Today I made super rich brownies- They were really good and they didn't take too long to make either. So here's the recipe, and I hope you try it out.
Ingredients:
- 5 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
 - 1 Cup of granulated sugar
 - 1 Teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
 - 2 eggs and one egg yolk
 - 3/4 Cup of 100% cocoa powder
 - 1/4 Teaspoon salt
 - 1/6 Teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
 - 1 Tablespoon of corn starch
 - Chocolate chips of your choice

Instructions:
- Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and butter a brownie or cake pan (I used a cake pan)
 - Thinly slice butter and place in a microwave safe bowl together with the granulated sugar for 1 minute and 20 seconds, or until the butter has completely melted.
 - In a bigger bowl combine eggs, egg yolk and the vanilla extract, then add the melted butter and sugar
 - Add the cocoa powder into the bowl and mix until well combined
 - Mix the salt, baking soda, flour and corn starch in a separate bowl; Add half of the dry mixture into the bigger bowl and stir- Then add the other half (If added all at once all the flour won't be well combined)
 - Add as many chocolate chips of your choice at the end- I used dark chocolate- You can also top it off with chocolate chips once it's in the baking pan
 - Add the chocolate mixture into your buttered pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a slight amount of the brownie on it- If the toothpick comes out completely clean then the brownie is overcooked
 - Allow the brownie to completely cool before taking it out of the pan, cutting and serving
